Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai

Mr B N Narasimha Murthy
Dr B N Narasimha Murthy is a distinguished educator, author, and engineer who has dedicated over five decades promoting, and establishing institutions with values-based education at the core. As the Chief Mentor of Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam and a Trustee of Prashanthi Balamandira Trust (PBMT), he serves as the strategic architect of a global educational movement, which empowers the next generation with the resources and opportunities to excel in life, and contribute towards holistic national development.
In 1971, he pioneered the establishment of the Muddenahalli education campus, which evolved into a premier residential Gurukula. Dr Murthy’s decades of expertise have been instrumental in designing a scalable framework for completely free, values-based education that now impacts thousands of lives across the globe.
Mr M S Sathyanarayana
Mr M S Sathyanarayana is an intellectual leader and seasoned administrator who has dedicated his life to the evolution of values-based social infrastructure. Having begun his career under the direct mentorship of Sri Madiyal Narayan Bhat, he possesses a profound understanding of the foundational principles that drive large-scale humanitarian missions. With a career spanning several decades, Mr Sathyanarayana has held pivotal leadership roles within the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Institutions, including Public Relations & Strategic Communication, Institutional Governance, and Executive Management.
Mr Sathyanarayana’s extensive experience in school management and rural development has been instrumental in refining the Mission’s "In the Rural, For the Rural" framework. His leadership ensures that the expansion of free education and healthcare initiatives remains rooted in high-quality standards and disciplined execution, impacting thousands of lives across the region.
Mr R K Subramanya
Blessed to be born in a family who are devoted to Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Mr R K Subramanya, graduated in BE Computer Science and served for 15 years at Oracle as a Senior Development Manager, Services Engineering Group. Constantly ingrained and nourished by the spiritual instincts of his family environs, it wasn’t difficult for him to part with his well-grounded career and the flamboyant luxury it offered, to join the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam as Chief Administrative Officer in the year 2009. Ever since, he has been working in the most dedicated manner for the noble mission of extending care to the needy, through the activities of the Trust.
Dr K P Sai Leela
Dr Sai Leela is a distinguished academician and dedicated leader who brings over four decades of experience. Following her education at the Anantapur Campus of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, she served with distinction as a Professor in the Department of English, nurturing generations of students through academic excellence.
As a key member of the Prashanthi Balamandira Trust (PBMT) and the One World One Family Mission, Dr. Sai Leela currently serves as the Chairperson of the Girls’ Campuses of the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam. In this capacity, she is instrumental in creating a holistic and equitable educational environment for the girl child.
Mr M Ramamurthy
Inspired by the ideals of, Sri Madiyal Narayan Bhat, Mr M Ramamurthy dedicated his life to the service of society since the age of 19. He had served in various capacities in the Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam for the past 39 years.
RAJASHEKHARA GUDEMARANAHALLI BASAVARAJAIAH (Rajashekhara G B)
An alumnus of Sathya Sai Grama, with over 25 years of service, his journey began as an Education in Human Values (EHV) and English teacher at Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam, followed by various responsibilities, including Warden and Administrator at Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Kendra, a CBSE-affiliated residential school. Served as Secretary of the alumni association, Children of Sathya Sai, from 2004 to 2014.
Since 2017, he has been serving as Warden and Chairman of the Sri Sathya Sai Sharadaniketanam campus in Mandya district. Currently, as a Trustee of the Prashanthi Balamandira Trust, mentoring postgraduate and graduate students serving in the Mission’s institutions, focusing on their personal, professional, and spiritual growth in alignment with the vision of Sri Madiyala Narayana Bhat.
S KRISHNA SUBHAGA
With over 15 years of experience as a Documentation Specialist in the Information Technology sector, including roles at leading multinational corporations such as EMC² and Oracle, the transition to the NGO sector in 2015 marked a shift toward a more purpose-driven path. Joining the Prashanthi Balamandira Trust as an Administration Manager, responsibilities span multiple portfolios, including Donor Management, Travel Desk operations, CSR Fundraising, and Event Management, all contributing to the Trust’s mission of creating a meaningful impact in society.
A deep passion for Vedanta and thought-provoking discourses on this profound philosophy complements both professional and personal pursuits, fostering a holistic approach to work and service.

Parekh spent 45 years building HDFC Ltd. into India's foremost housing finance institution, enabling home ownership for millions. He currently chairs HDFC Asset Management Company and serves on the boards of DP World, the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), and Siemens Limited.
M. Damodaran
As SEBI Chairman from 2005 to 2008, Damodaran introduced landmark reforms that shaped modern Indian capital markets. He previously steered the turnarounds of both UTI and IDBI -institutions once considered too large to save. He is a foremost voice on corporate governance in India.
S. Ravi
Ravi chaired the BSE from November 2017 to February 2019 and has served on the boards of over 45 institutions including IDBI Bank, LIC Housing Finance, ONGC, SBI Payment Services, and the Tourism Finance Corporation. He is Founder and Managing Partner of Ravi Rajan and Co. LLP
